Asian Pear Ambrosia with Ginger Dressing

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cup plain yogurt
½ cup finely chopped walnuts or almonds
2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons Frieda’s Ginger, minced
2 papayas, seeded and cut into chunks
2 cups seedless grapes, halved
2 Frieda’s Asian Pears, cored and cut into chunks
Lettuce leaves (optional)

Steps:

For dressing, stir together the yogurt, chopped nuts, honey, and ginger. In serving bowl, combine papaya, grapes, and pear chunks. Spoon dressing over. Toss lightly to combine.  Chill a few hours before serving. Serve on a lettuce-lined platter as a salad, or in individual serving dishes as a dessert or brunch accompaniment.
