BLT Burger Delight
8 strips of bacon
4 Tbsp. Frieda’s Garlic Delight Sun Dried Tomato Flavor
2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
4 slices cheddar cheese (optional)
4 Kaiser Rolls, sliced in half
4 leaves romaine or iceberg lettuce
1 medium-sized tomato, sliced
2 Tbsp. Frieda’s Garlic Delight Sun Dried Tomato Flavor (for spreading on
rolls)
In a large skillet, cook the bacon over moderate heat until crisp, about 7
minutes. Drain on paper towels and finely chop.
Combine 4 Tbsp. Frieda’s Garlic Delight Sun Dried Tomato Flavor with
ground beef and cooked bacon, salt and pepper. Blend all ingredients together
until combined
Form the meat mixture into four patties, about 1-inch thick and grill over
a medium fire for about 9 minutes (for medium), turning once. Top each burger
with 1 slice cheddar cheese until melted.
Spread remaining Frieda’s Garlic Delight Sun Dried Tomato Flavor on toasted
rolls. Use more if needed.
Place burgers on the rolls and top with lettuce and tomato and serve.
