Delight-ful Spinach-Artichoke Dip
2 10-oz. packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
11/2 cups water-packed artichoke hearts (canned, frozen or jarred), coarsely
chopped
1 7-oz. tub Frieda’s Garlic Delight Original Flavor
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Put the spinach and chopped artichoke hearts into a medium sauce pan and heat
through over medium heat. Stir in Frieda’s Garlic Delight Original Flavor
until well blended and the garlic has disappeared into the spinach. When mixture
is well blended and heated through, add the parmesan cheese and gently stir
until the cheese has melted.
Serve warm as a dip with crackers or in a hollowed-out loaf of sourdough bread.
(Another option: Bake in a casserole dish in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes,
or microwave for 3 to 4 minutes on high, until bubbly.)
