Salade Aux Fruits


Romaine or bibb lettuce leaves
1 Asian pear, cored and thinly sliced
1/2 pineapple, cut into 2-inch slices
1 Miradol, golden sunrise, or Hawaiian papaya, peeled, seeded, and sliced
1 starfruit, sliced, or 2 baby kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 container plain yogurt
2 tablespoons pineapple preserves
Pomegranate seeds or slivered almonds (optional)


Line serving platter with lettuce leaves. Arrange fruit pieces in spiral pattern on lettuce.

Stir together yogurt and pineapple preserves. (Add more preserves for sweeter flavor.)

Drizzle dressing over salad; sprinkle with pomegranate seeds or slivered almonds, if desired.
