2 to 4 heads Frieda’s Belgian Endive
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup hot chicken broth
Place whole Belgian endives in a buttered baking dish. Combine the lemon juice, butter, salt and chicken broth in a small bowl and mix well. Pour over the endives.
Bake, covered at 350° F for 45 minutes to an hour, or until endives are tender and golden brown.
