Blood Orange, Rainbow Carrot, Turmeric and Ginger
Peel or scrub carrots and roughly chop.
Peel oranges and Meyer lemon, removing pith then quarter.
Slowly add vegetables and fruits to juicer, saving citrus for last. Follow juicer’s speciﬁc settings for each. Serve juice immediately, over ice if desired. Store juice in refrigerator in tightly sealed Mason jars. Shake before serving.
