Carob Fudge


1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup instant non-fat dry milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup Frieda’s Carob Pods
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon honey


Over a double boiler of hot water, combine all ingredients. Press to about 1/4 inch in a pan (lined with wax paper). Score squares with knife and freeze.
