Cheese Stuffed Sugar Snap Pods


2 4-ounce packages Frieda’s Sugar Snap Peas
1 8-ounce package ricotta cheese
1 3-ounce package cream cheese
Dash of garlic and onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Pepper to taste


Shell sugar snaps, separating peas and pods, making sure to leave the pods attached on one side. Place empty pods in a plastic bag and keep refrigerated until ready to stuff with filling. To make filling, place peas in a bowl, and add both cheeses and the remaining ingredients. Mix well, Let this cheese mixture stand covered in the refrigerator at least 2 hours (the taste improves). About an hour before serving, take pods from the refrigerator and carefully stuff these with the cheese filling. The stuffed pods can be arranged around a cheese ball, crackers, or anything you wish.
