Chocolate Mousse Crepes


2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1-1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped until stiff peak
1 package Frieda’s French Style Crepes, at room temperature
3 chocolate-covered toffee bars (such as Skor), finely chopped
Additional whipped cream, for garnish


In a heat-proof bowl, heat chocolate chips in the microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring between each session, until melted. Set aside to cool slightly. Add cooled chocolate and about 2/3 of chopped candy to whipped cream and gently fold until combined. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.

On each crepe, spoon chocolate mousse onto center, then roll or fold into quarters. To serve, garnish each crepe with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed toffee bar.
