Chutney Grilled Fruit and Onions

Ingredients:

4 8-inch squares aluminum foil
16 Frieda’s Pearl Onions, peeled according to package directions
1/2 cantaloupe melon, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
1/4 fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
1/4-cup mango chutney or apricot preserves
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 tablespoon orange juice

Steps:

Place one of the foil squares on a flat surface. Arrange 4 of the Pearl Onions, and one-fourth of the melon and pineapple pieces on foil. Stir together chutney or preserves, chili sauce and orange juice. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of mixture over fruit and onions.

Bring edges of foil together. Fold over to seal into a secure packet. Poke top of packet once or twice with fork to allow steam to escape. Repeat to make 4 packets. Place on grill, about 4 inches from hot coals, for 10 to 12 minutes, or until heated through.
