Cuban Black Bean Dip

Ingredients:

1 11-ounce package black beans, cooked according to package directions and cooled
1/3 cup chopped tomato
1/3 cup chopped red or green bell pepper
1/4 cup minced red onion
1 clove Elephant Garlic, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro leaves
1 Habanero Chile, seeded and finely chopped
Fresh cilantro, chopped tomato, or red onion for garnish

Steps:

In blender container or food processor bowl, place all
ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Garnish as
desired. Serve with tortilla chips, jicama sticks, or other
fresh vegetables.
