3 ounces pureed Dragon Fruit
4 to 6 ice cubes, crushed
1 ounce white rum
1 ounce coconut milk
Slice dragon fruit in half and spoon out inside into food processor container; puree until smooth. In blender container, add ice cubes, dragon fruit puree, rum, and coconut milk. Pulse until combined. Garnish with slice of dragon fruit.
