Finger Lime Gin & Tonic
3 ounces gin
4 ounces tonic water
2-3 organic finger limes, 1 for garnish
Tonic water ice cubes (Pour some tonic water into an ice cube tray and freeze.)
Special equipment: chilled, tall glass
Place ice cubes in chilled glass. Add gin and tonic water. Cut 1-2 finger limes in half at an angle, crosswise. Gently squeeze “citrus caviar” out of rind into glass. Stir well.
Garnish with additional finger lime.
