Gai Lan with Ginger and Lime
Ingredients:
2-3 tablespoons peanut or vegetable oil
8 ounce Frieda’s Gai Lan, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
1 3-ounce package Frieda’s Water chestnuts, peeled and chopped
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1 tablespoon Frieda’s Fresh Ginger minced
1-2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Steps:
In a large skillet heat oil; add Gai Lan pieces. Cook and stir-fry for 5 to 6 minutes over medium-high heat until nearly tender. Stir in Water chestnuts, almond, Fresh Ginger, lime juice and pepper. Cook and stir 2 minutes more or until heated through.
