Gingered Cranberry Sauce


1 1/4 cups apple cider or juice
1 3-ounce package Frieda’s Dried Cranberries
1 cup chopped dried apples or pears
1/3 cup raisins
1 1/2 teaspoons Frieda’s Fresh Ginger, minced


Combine the cider, dried cranberries, apples, raisins, and ginger in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to low. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.   Remove from heat and let cool. Serve warm or chilled.
