Habanero Pepper Sauce


1 cup finely minced onion
2 tablespoons chopped, fresh cilantro
1 fresh orange habanero pepper, seeded and very finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
Dash salt


In a food processor bowl or blender container, measure all ingredients. Cover and process 10 seconds, or until mixture is a relish-like consistency. Let stand at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Store refrigerator in a tightly covered container for up to 1 month.
