Didn’t get a reserved time? We still have plenty of chiles to go around–and we’ll have another machine roasting for walk-ins! Walk-ins are available on first-come, first-serve basis. There may be a wait, but it’ll definitely be worth it.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Select your event location.
  2. Select ONE 15-minute appointment for EACH 25-lb. case of chiles. (25-pound minimum. 1 case at a time please. $24.99 per case.)
  3. If you are reserving multiple time slots, your pick-up time will be your latest appointment. (Example: For 2 cases of chiles, you’d select appointments for 8:15 , then one for 8:30 a.m. Your pick up time would be 8:30 a.m.)
  4. Fill out your contact information. Please give us your CELL PHONE number so we can keep you up to date on roasting day.
  5. Use drop down menu to indicate heat level desired. (Heat level cannot be guaranteed, but we’ll do our best.)
  6. Any additional comments for our team? Add them in “notes.”
  7. Click “submit.”
  8. Once submitted, you will receive an automated email. After we confirm your appointment you will see an email from “Scheduler” with a calendar appointment request.  (Be sure to accept the appointment so you will be reminded!)
  9. On roasting/pick-up day, we will send you a text message to give you a status update.
  10. You will have up to 1 hour to pick up your chiles after your appointed time.
