Heirloom Caprese Salad


3 large heirloom tomatoes, cut in 1/2-inch slices
1 pound fresh mozzarella, cut in 1/4-inch slices
Handful fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup olive oil
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper


Place tomato slices on platter, then top each with slice of mozzarella. Place fresh basil leaf atop each piece. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Serve at once.
