Horned Melon Passion Fruit Sauce
2 Frieda’s Kiwano Melons, halved lengthwise
3 Frieda’s Passion Fruit, ripe and wrinkled, halved
1 – 2 tablespoons honey
With a spoon remove pulp from Kiwano Melon and Passion Fruit into a food processor bowl or blender container. Cover and process until well combined. If desired, strain out seeds. Add honey to taste. Cover tightly and store in refrigerator. Serve over ice cream, frozen yogurt, fresh fruit, or warm to serve over grilled fish or chicken. Makes about 1 cup sauce.
