Jamaica de Agua (Hibiscus Iced Tea)

Ingredients

1  2-ounce package Frieda’s Dried Hibiscus
6 cups water
Sugar, simple syrup, or agave syrup to taste

Steps

Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in dried hibiscus flowers and let steep 15-20 minutes. Strain, then stir in sugar or syrup to taste.

Cold brew method: Add dried hibiscus to pitcher and cover with room-temperature water. Refrigerate overnight. Strain, then stir in sugar or syrup to taste.
