3 to 4 ripe Frieda’s Manzano Bananas, peeled and cut into ½-inch slices
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
2 – 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
Grated peel of 1 orange
Combine the banana with the lemon juice in a large bowl and mix well. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Stir in the brown sugar. Stir in the bananas with orange juice and orange peel. Cook the bananas for 2 to 3 minutes or until softened and glazed.
