Papaya Ambrosia with Ginger Dressing


2/3 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts or almonds
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Frieda’s Fresh Ginger, minced
1 Frieda’s Sunrise or Hawaiian Papaya, peeled, seeded and cut in chunks
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
1 pear, cored and cut in chunks


For the dressing, in a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, chopped nuts, honey and minced ginger. In serving bowl, combine papaya, grapes and pear chunks; spoon dressing over. Toss lightly to combine. Chill a few hours before serving. Serve as a dessert or brunch accompaniment.
