2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 Frieda’s French Style Crepes, at room temperature
French vanilla or vanilla ice cream
In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté the apples, almonds, and raisins for about 5 minutes or until fruit is tender, stirring frequently. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon.
Remove from heat. Spoon some of the mixture onto each crepe; fold crepes over filling. Serve each crepe topped with ice cream.
