Roasted Champagne Grapes
1 pound Champagne Grapes, broken into small bunches and patted dry
1/4 cup light brown sugar, depending on grapes’ sweetness
Leaves from 1 sprig of rosemary
Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 475 degrees. On rimmed baking sheet, arrange grapes in single layer and sprinkle with sugar, rosemary, and salt . Roast 15 minutes until brown and sizzling.
Serve roasted grapes with crostini, burrata, and cured meat; as garnish to pork roast or chops; or as topping for vanilla ice cream.
