Sauteed Plantains

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 Frieda’s Plantains, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the plantain chunks and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until golden, turning frequently. Salt and pepper to taste.
