Shallot Marinade for Fresh Vegetables


3/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons chopped Frieda’s Shallots
1 teaspoon dried tarragon, crumbled
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar


Combine all ingredients. Pour over fresh vegetables and marinate in the refrigerator several hours, turning occasionally. Drain and serve.
