3 tablespoon vegetable or canola oil
1 24-ounce bag frozen potatoes O’brien style (with onions and peppers)
1 package Frieda’s Soyrizo™
Heat oil in a non-stick electric skillet at 350 degrees or in a non-stick fry pan on medium heat. Add potatoes and spread out in a single layer. Cover and cook 6 minutes. Remove lid and “stir” using a plastic spatula. Add Soyrizo™. Continue to stir until well combined and heated through. Reduce heat to low. Serve as a side dish or with breakfast.
