Spinach and Feta Won Ton Filling


1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
4 ounce (½ cup) feta cheese, crumbled
⅓ cup Frieda’s Pignolias, chopped
1 tablespoon each fresh basil and rosemary, chopped, or 1 teaspoon dried basil and rosemary, crushed
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 package Frieda’s Won Ton Wrappers


Squeeze all liquid from spinach. Chop finely. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Use to fill and cook won tons according to basic directions, using 1 teaspoon filling per wrapper.
