Steamed Dandelion Greens


2 bunches Frieda’s Dandelion Greens, trimmed and washed well
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup chicken or beef broth
1 tablespoon Frieda’s Fresh Basil, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste


Trim off bottom third of stems. Wash leaves and remaining stems well. Chop into bite sized pieces. In a large saucepan or skillet, heat oil. Add chopped greens, broth, and basil. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
