Steamed Kohlrabi with Lemon Butter
Trim kohlrabi, but do not peel. Place in a steamer basket over simmering water, covered, for 40 minutes or till tender. Cool slightly, then peel and chop. Meanwhile, in drained pan, melt butter; stir in lemon juice, garlic, and parsley. Cook 2 minutes. Add kohlrabi back to pan; toss to coat with sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
