What is a Sweet Dumpling Squash?
- This scallop-pumpkin shaped squash is no bigger than a softball. It has creamy white and green striped skin with a sweet squash flavor and smooth texture.
How to Eat
- Puncture with a fork if cooking whole for all methods. Halve and place cut side down in a cooking dish with 1/2 inch of water, cover and bake for 30-40 minutes at 375°F. Microwave halves for 6-10 minutes loosely covered with plastic wrap, or steam. Sweet Dumpling makes a great single serving side dish stuffed with rice or dressing, topped with cheese, or honey and nuts.

- Choose squash with hard shells that seem heavy for their size.
How to Store
- Store uncut in a cool, dry area up to 3 months. Refrigerate cut squash up to 1 week.
