Tropical Crepes


3 cups prepared assorted tropical fruit (such as Martha’s Best papaya, kiwi berries, or guava)
2 tablespoons apricot or peach preserves
2 tablespoons orange brandy or almond liqueur
4-5 Frieda’s French Style Crêpes, at room temperature
Toppings such as chocolate fudge sauce, ice cream, whipped topping or yogurt


Place cut-up fruit in a non-metal bowl. Toss gently with preserves and liqueur. Let stand 30 minutes to several hours before serving. To assemble, open each crepe and spoon on 1/4 of the fruit mixture; roll up. Spoon chocolate sauce over. Serve at once.
