Wonton Cooking Directions
Filling, of your choice
One 12 oz. package Frieda’s Wonton Wrappers
SeaIer of your choice (egg wash, milk, or water)
Put 1/2 to 1 teaspoon filling near center of won ton. Moisten 2 adjacent edges of skin with “sealer”, fold won ton in half to form a triangle (be sure all air is out). Now put sealer on bottom side of left corner and upper side or right corner. Twist moistened corners and pinch to seal. While filling won tons be sure to keep won tons covered with a damp (not wet) towel. This will prevent wonton skins from drying out.
To Cook: Heat small amount of oil in pan over medium-high heat. Add several won tons at a time and brown on both sides. Serve with mustard or sweet & sour sauce.
