Young Coconut Slushy

Ingredients

Water and meat from 1 young coconut
Optional: Reserve coconut shell for serving

Steps

In blender, roughly blend coconut meat and water. Pour into metal baking pan, cover, and freeze 30 minutes. Stir and check back every 30 minutes to get to desired frozen consistency. Pour into glass or into coconut shell and serve cold.

Boozy Alternative

Add 1.5 oz (1 shot) light rum in with the coconut meat and juice to blend. Enjoy responsibly!
