8 ounces juiced Frieda’s blood oranges
2 ounces juiced Frieda’s mandarinquats
4 ounces rosemary simple syrup
(see cooking step 1)
8 ounces club soda or sparkling water
8 ounces prosecco
Rosemary simple syrup: Combine 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and two rosemary sprigs in saucepan and boil for 1 minute. Let sit for 30 minutes.
Combine blood orange juice, mandarinquat juice and rosemary simple syrup in a pitcher; stir to combine. Top off with club soda and prosecco and stir once more.
Fill four glasses with ice. Pour the Blood Orange & Mandarinquat Sparkler evenly into glasses and garnish with fresh rosemary and sliced mandarinquat.
