1 8-ounce package Frieda's Cipolline Onions, peeled and trimmed
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup chicken, beef, or vegetable broth
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Arrange onions in single layer in shallow baking dish. Melt butter and stir in honey. Drizzle mixture over onions, and stir to coat. Add broth to dish.
Bake, uncovered, 35-45 minutes, or until onions are tender when pierced, stirring occasionally. Remove onions from pan with slotted spoon, and serve hot.
