2 tablespoons cane sugar
2 limes, juiced (about 1/4 cup), plus one sliced for garnish
10 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
4 ounces coconut rum
1 Frieda’s Tikis® Drinking Coconut, about 8 ounces coconut water
In large glass, add cane sugar and lime juice. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add mint leaves and muddle to release oils.
Add rum and Frieda’s Tikis® Drinking Coconut, stirring to combine well.
Divide mixture evenly between two glasses filled with ice. Garnish with mint and lime slices. Enjoy!
