6 Frieda's passion fruit, halved
1/2 (or 1/3 cup) Frieda’s Snow Dragons™ Fruit
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
Scoop contents of passion fruit into small saucepan. Heat over low heat until slightly liquefied. Strain passion fruit through fine-mesh strainer to remove seeds.
In high-powered blender container or food processor, add strained Frieda's passion fruit, Frieda's lychee (or Frieda's Rambas® Rambutan) , Frieda’s Snow Dragons™ Fruit, and orange juice. Process on high speed until very smooth, about 3 minutes.
Transfer mixture and sugar to a medium saucepot. Bring mixture to boil over medium heat while stirring. Lower heat and simmer mixture 5 minutes without stirring. The mixture should make about 3 cups. If necessary, add enough water to yield 3 cups. Transfer to bowl and cool completely in refrigerator.
Once cooled, make sorbet per ice cream maker directions.
Transfer mixture to metal loaf pan or freezer-safe container. Freeze at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
