  • Water and meat from 1 young coconut
    Optional: Reserve coconut shell for serving

Cooking Steps

    In blender, roughly blend coconut meat and water.

    Pour into metal baking pan, cover, and freeze 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Stir and check back every 30 minutes to get to desired frozen consistency.

    Pour into glass or into coconut shell and serve cold.

  5. 5

    Boozy Alternative - Add 1.5 oz (1 shot) light rum in with the coconut meat and juice to blend. Enjoy responsibly!
