1 cup fresh carrot juice
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice (we recommend Frieda’s Pink Lemons)
1 banana, sliced
2-inch piece Frieda’s fresh turmeric root, peeled and thinly sliced
1-inch piece Frieda’s fresh ginger root, peeled and thinly sliced
3-4 Medjool dates, pitted and sliced lengthwise
Handful ice cubes
Lemon slice, for garnish (optional)
Bee pollen, for garnish (optional)
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until creamy.
Garnish with lemon slice and bee pollen as desired.
