1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves
4 large avocados
1/2 Tablespoon salt
On a large serving dish, arrange watermelon triangles in a single later (pushed together as close as you can get).
Squeeze lemon over the watermelon layer (use a stranger to catch the seeds).
Generously sprinkle mint over the watermelon.
Layer avocado on top, and sprinkle salt over avocado (feel free to add more according to taste).
Spread sliced watermelon radish on top of avocado.
Top with diced jalapeños
