Our take on a coconut chia pudding makes it perfect for breakfast or an anytime healthy snack. Coconut water gives it an extra oomph of refreshing coconut goodness.
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup coconut water from a Frieda’s young coconut
1/2 cup vanilla coconut yogurt
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Fresh berries and kiwi, for serving
Combine coconut milk, coconut water, vanilla coconut yogurt and chia seeds in a glass or Mason jar; stir to combine. Refrigerate at least an hour, or overnight.
Top with fresh berries and kiwi just before serving.
