1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1 Frieda's Meyer lemon, juiced
1 large clove garlic
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons water
Combine all ingredients in food processor bowl; process until silky smooth.
Transfer to bowl and serve with grilled cauliflower steaks and grilled Stokes Purple® sweet potatoes.
