1 can full-fat coconut milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
pulp from (1) Frieda’s Passion Fruit
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
topping: passion fruit pulp (from 1-2 Frieda’s Passion Fruits)
In a blender, blend coconut milk, chia seeds, passion fruit pulp, maple syrup and vanilla on low speed for a few minutes until the mixture thickens.
Transfer the mixture into a jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 20 mins or overnight.
Remove from the fridge and top with fresh passion fruit pulp from 1-2 passion fruits, and enjoy!
